Description

Cottons Rhum Shack, nestled within the vibrant Boxpark, offers a blend of enticing Caribbean cuisine and a lively atmosphere. While many patrons rave about the delicious food, particularly the jerk chicken and oxtails, others express dissatisfaction with service and management issues. Reports of unresponsive management and confrontational staff members detract from the overall experience. However, some visitors enjoy the delightful cocktails and upbeat ambiance. Whether indulging in a bottomless brunch or casual drinks, guests seem divided, underscoring the need for improvement in service amidst its culinary charm.

Kitchen staff are very rude. eating was mediocre and does not taste like traditional Caribbean food. would not have been going back because eating is nothing special and the service is bad.

I'm here last night for drinks. amazingly surprised how late I discovered it, but the hidden location in box park really has its own charm. they have great deals for drinks that won me. the staff is very welcome and builds on every case the relaxed atmosphere that provides rhum shack. great colorful decor and setting I also like the openness of the kitchen, was nice, in the position, a quick word to the chef fall while I sit there, I have to return sometime to give the food a shot.
