Absolutely terrible experience at Cinnamon Indian Restaurant on Brick Lane. The food was bland, cold, and overpriced. Service was incredibly slow and the staff were rude and unhelpful. The restaurant was dirty, with sticky tables and unclean cutlery. Portions were tiny and definitely not worth the money. It’s clear that all the positive reviews are fake because this place is a disaster. Avoid at all costs if you want a decent meal and good service. Save your time and money, and find a better restaurant elsewhere
Decent food and service and we could BYOB which was a bonus.
Decent curry house that sorted us out at short notice when another place had messed up our booking. Inside was quite noisy due to staff running around but otherwise nice food and reasonably priced
Booked here, but when I arrived it was closed- I ended up in Sheba, next door, instead. I know Cinnamon partner with one of the neighbouring restaurants, but I think it's Aladin, on the other side. Ah well
Food was nice enough, but staff was very rude. We were in a big group and no bill was provided, and we were overcharged (despite being on a set menu) so make sure to check. Staff went to take our plates away before we had even finished, and were not happy when I asked to finish my meal. Plenty of better alternatives and will not be going back.
