Went to this place for a breakfast with a friend and could not have a worst experience. Ordened an espresso and a scrambled egg and I'm still waiting for the cofre, even though I asked 3 times... at the end, not even an ask for apologies by the waiter. View all feedback.

Always busy and noisy. For meeting a customer, better a more relaxed place. There are food choices beyond all carbohydrates.The service is very fast, despite the great load. And the team is kind. There are lots of tables for the space and in certain parts of the restaurant could be tricky to sit, with very little space to move for the waiters. Good wine choices.
We had a really good time at Carluccio's! The location is amazing, between quays and skyscrapers! The food was super delicious and the waitress was very kind and friendly! She also offered water for my dog and I really appreciated it!
Avoid this place at all costs. The service is awful with frustrated waitstaff. It's a shame that a restaurant like this exists.
