Walk in and waited 10min to order, finally placed a order for 5 wings and chips meal assuming that the drink come included with the meal, payed for my order an I was served by a guy with long hair an light eyes. Once my order was ready I then told him what drink I wanted, he gave me the drink and didn't say anything, as I was walking away in a very rude manner he told me I didn't pay for it, I then apologised and said to him sorry I thought it was included then payed him for the drink he then started fight with me over a mis-understanding which the customer was disgusting appalling and I would never buy food from there.
The food at this restaurant is excellent. It has the best kebab I've had in a long time, delicious burgers, and even the chicken was great. The fresh salad was also very good. I highly recommend this place.
Very poor customer services and food hygiene. The staff was on his mobile phone when I went to buy chips. He wasn't wearing gloves or facemask. I asked him politely to wash his hand before serving food. He was so, rude. I will never go back again.
Great prices and generous portions across a wide range.
