During their soft launch and my fi... read more Almost a year ago, I wrote a review about a new restaurant that was about to open in St. Katharine Docks called Bravas Tapas. During their soft launch and my first visit, I was thrilled to find a non-chain restaurant in the area and was delighted to discover that the food matched the beautiful surroundings. To my surprise, they even featured my post on their website's press section with a link back to it. Recently, I came across a tweet announcing that the team behind Bravas Tapas, including Bal Thind, one of the co-owners who previously invested in Hakkasan and Yauatcha, would be opening a second restaurant called Amaru. rather than tapas.

While the menu options are somewhat limited, the food is bursting with unique and delicious flavors. I highly recommend trying their Toasted Sesame Crusted Tuna dish - the combination of ingredients is exceptional! The staff are also very attentive, making the dining experience all the more enjoyable. Definitely worth a visit! #BonAppetit
