I had to ask for assistance multiple times, which shouldn't be necessary, and it ultimately led me to leave the restaurant.

I spend over an hour in the drive thru, ordered a biggie bag and a frosty. Guy ahead of my, ordered a #7, single meals. No other cars in line. Waited 17 mins to... read more I spend over an hour in the drive thru, ordered a biggie bag and a frosty. Guy ahead of my, ordered a #7, single meals. No other cars in line. Waited 17 mins to even be greeted at the speaker as they were all too busy standing outside by the menu sign, swearing and smoking, all appearing as minors. One opened the door and goes “who is taking orders?” Not to sure how you’re running a restaurant with every employee just having free range to do as they please. I confirmed my order at the speaker, I confirmed it again at the window and verified my receipt, still didn’t get the nuggets or fries to the biggie bag, called about it and the young man said “they were doing to take 15 mins so I put a request in for you to get a refund” still haven’t received that. Here I am again tonight, currently on minute 43 of being in the drive thru, biggie bag and a #5 meal, at minute 39 was when any employee even appeared in a window. How on earth does this continue to happen? How many complaints do you need to make changes?
