Later for dinner, I ordered two Biggy Bags and requested t... read more I ordered a honey chicken biscuit, but it arrived on a hamburger bun without any honey on a Saturday. Later for dinner, I ordered two Biggy Bags and requested two Frosties for drinks. I had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes for them to bring out my Biggy Bags, but they forgot the drinks. When I asked a young employee about my drinks, I waited another 10 minutes, and when they finally brought them out, they weren't Frosties. I tried calling both times but couldn't get an answer. The service was very disappointing.

I placed an order about 45 minutes before closing and arrived 15 minutes prior to closing time. I was ignored at the drive-thru and when I sat at the second window, I noticed staff inside with headphones on, not attending to me. The dining area was locked, so I couldn't go in to inquire about my order either. There were no signs indicating an early closing at the drive-thru or on the dining area doors. Fortunately, I was able to cancel my order, but it would have been nice to have a note posted if they were planning to close before 11 PM. The morning shift staff is always really sweet, so I would still consider coming back to this location. However, it seems like there's a real gamble regarding service and food quality during the night shift.
