Dunkin' - Towanda
Dunkin'
Description
Situated along the Kansas Turnpike, this roadside café delivers quick, budget-friendly breakfasts—hot sandwiches, coffee and tea—for commuters and early travelers. Patrons praise tasty morning fare and convenient takeout, though service is inconsistent: reports include closed ovens during business hours, long unattended lines, refusal to refill thermoses and problems redeeming rewards. A handy, fast stop for a cheap breakfast, but expect occasional staff- and service-related hiccups.

As an over-the-road truck driver, I stopped here last night to grab a bite, but the oven was closed because they were closing for the evening. This morning, around 10:40 AM, I stopped by again hoping to eat, but the oven was still off. Both times, the service and attitude were disappointing. When I came in this morning, the woman told me they were closing soon, and her indifferent attitude might be a reason why the place is struggling. Overall, I would rate the food experience a 1 out of 5.
I was disappointed that I couldn't use my rewards here. For the takeout service, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 2. The price per person was between $1 and $10.
