Dunkin' - Towanda
Dunkin'
Description
Once-promising neighborhood café now divides patrons: staff can be courteous and work quickly under pressure, but chronic failures—slow counter service, missed online orders, wrong or incomplete substitutions, visible equipment repairs and billing errors—leave many frustrated. Frequent out-of-stock items and reports of rude management compound the problem. Practical safety issues include confusing parking, blind spots, potholes, a blocked sidewalk and limited wheelchair access. Visit only if you need quick takeout and accept inconsistency.

Every time I order from there it is wrong. This time I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant and got a plain bagel with cheese? they never have Boston creme donuts made either.
Occasionally, the app malfunction prevents me from placing orders online, but that's just an issue with the app and not the restaurant itself! The staff here is very courteous, and they do their best to serve drinks quickly, even when there's a long line of orders. They truly exemplify the ability to work well under pressure!
I believe the parking arrangement needs to be changed back to the older style, which was more like a drive-thru, for safety reasons. The current setup creates a significant blind spot when pulling out, which many people, including myself, find dangerous. Most vehicles are parked facing the road and the bank, and there’s no guardrail in that area. Additionally, the view is obstructed by parked cars, making it hard to see when pulling out. There's also a sidewalk that’s blocked by an advertisement sign, forcing pedestrians to navigate around it to get from one side of the building to the entrance—definitely not safe! Regarding parking, it remains a safety concern as previously mentioned, and there are large potholes that need to be filled. As for wheelchair accessibility, there is only a safe entrance on one side of the building.
