I ordered and paid for signature flavored iced lattes through the app. Didn't get what I ordered as some machine was broken. They wouldn't even add the flavored syrups to what they did give me plain iced coffee. Person at the counter was more interested in ending her shift, manager more interested in decorating. Placed an online order, nothing was done until after i arrived. One of their machines was in pieces on the counter where food and beverages were being made in plain view of everyone. I was asked if i was ok with an iced coffee instead of a iced latte, but instead of getting something comparable to what i originally ordered, i received a basic iced coffee but was charged for the original order. 0/10 avoid this place and get some coffee from the dandy Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

Worse experience ever. Go to counter order a coffee and wait 15 minutes behind all the to go food and drink orders. While the counter person waits for next walk in. Never ever again...zero rating..bad system Service: 1
