using long rice I don't understand, it's not hard to find Japanese rice, it gives a really amateur side, rice is the most important in a sushi. always on rice, it was ultra cooked so compact around the maki, but the worst of the worst was its taste, ultra soft, impossible to appreciate the sugar took all the place. Too bad because the look is good, the fish was good, but I was too disappointed with the taste. View all feedback.
