Me and my wife enjoyed a delicious dinner at La Bigouden. We were trying to find somewhere authentic amongst the many bars and restaurants in the area, many of which didn’t look too inspiring. We finally found La Bigouden and we’re very happy with our choice! The crepes were delicious and arrived very swiftly. They brought back memories of many trips to France when I was a child. We also order a simple salade verte which was the ideal accompaniment with a touch of vinaigrette. Overall the food was delicious and great value. Service was good even though they were very busy at the time. The only thing we could fault was that our table was a little small and close to other tables, but this is only a very minor criticism. We would definitely recommend La Bigouden for an authentic crepe experience!
Made the most of the last few warm evenings ate outside this restaurant. Lovely food, especially the banoffee crepe we shared for dessert ! We both had galettes with a salad for mains. Jug of cider. What more could you want ?! Excellent service. The server even spoke English to us which was kind, we never like to assume. We live about an hour away, so will definitely be back..!
This restaurant is located in a beautiful street. The crepe is delicious (the photo attached doesn't do its justice). Very crowded during lunch time. Service is a bit slow. We waited for almost half an hour.
Excellent service, always a smile and a kind word for every customer to ensure a pleasant meal. The galettes are delicious, as is the dry cider served by the pitcher! Discover it at the entrance to Place Plumereau; I highly recommend it!
