I like Easy By O! This is the true anti-Gaspi system applied to traditional and home restoration. Just choose its entrances, dishes and trims, its desert in the desired quantity... We pay what we've taken according to the weight, we can eat on the spot or take his hats. We're away from the chains or everything is in profusion, in this restaurant it's family and quality. Warm and friendly atmosphere. the kitchen is simple but balanced and full of flavors!!! the concept of free service allows to eat quickly. the room is spacious and pleasant. a good discovery.
The concept of using and weighing is very well. discovering and eating organic products that you do not cook at home on a daily basis is also an asset. a pity that there is no more choice in desserts with products from the goat or sheep....good continuation.
Our Saturday lunch. concept anti gaspi, recipes to make vegetables love to the most difficult. Choice for vegetarians. Even if this choice is not immense and often the same from one week to another, do not forget fresh and season. .and in addition to the manager's friendliness.
