I ate at the train station's buffet in a casual way after a train delay. friendly welcome. warm setting. Copyy and good salad. like dessert. A good time to wait. View all feedback.
Unfortunately, as other reviews commented, the buffet de la gare, the caffe has become leffe. that is still a well visited, well-maintained restaurant, but the menu is not what it was. lunch with a colleague: I had a rare hamburger, and he a steak tartare, with a glass wein and coffee, the bill of 40€ was a little expensive. my hamburger was made of high quality meat and well baked, but it came luke-warm, with soggy chips and devout salat. my colleague said his tartare was moyen and I would say the same. in contrast to other reviewers we found the service fast and pleasant and there are many of the old waiter and waiter still busy there. However, the location of the restaurant when waiting for a train, this makes an obvious choice in the area of the railway station.
With all they can eat and that does not mean that the quality is at the bottom best asian I ever had. thanks to the really beautiful staff as well as and great weinlist .
This is the train station café in tours train station. in contrast to many other sad and evil stationary caffes, it is a really nice place for a traveling to sit in the true continental tradition, they offer to dress up on sticks, and nobody even hurls them. if they sit over a coffee for hours and the loos are clean! it is charming and relaxing, with the big red clock so important in a train station away in a corner, but still visible. I had only coffee here, but it was good, and I returned more than once during my stay in tours.
A lunch between work colleagues, quick and efficient. We don't ask better, but we'd like to be surprised. desserts are impersonal. Quick and wise service.
I hadn't been back there for several years and I had been on a favorable impresion. accompanied to dinner by friends, we were very well received and quickly headed to a table in a room without refinement and modernized. for the aperitif we would have liked a frying but ..... stock rupture; We had to get down on a charcuterie board. (Bôf).The andouillettes (aaaaaa) lacked cooking, the fries that accompanied them were warm; the canard confit with sarladas apples was bathing in the fat.Break of appetizing products on the card but whose preparation seemed to be staggered. Out of stock also on cork chocolate (no luck)!!!.And to crown the whole, the toilets (I pass the details). In short, sad meal and evening far below our expectations.
