Pizza Seraphin - Feedback

What Christelle Ferrand doesn't like about Pizza Seraphin:
we came for a late lunch (but they serve all day) and ordered the salmon that was a special one for the day. I traveled a lot in italia, tasted many pizzas, always complained about French pizzas. Believe me when I tell you this pizza is excellent. the dough is airy, mellow and crispy outside. the trim is fresh, well balanced, chosen. prices are extraordinarily low for france (we find "pizza margherita" at 4,50€ in italia but we never find a correct pizza at less than 10€ in france.) here, it is 6€ for the first pizza, 7,50€...
