What Maggie Wagner likes about le sud:
This restaurant is set in a hotel with the dining terrace beside a swimming pool (that could have been better maintained) so the initial impression wasn't great. However things became significantly better when we received the menu and then the fine dishes ordered from it. As well as a fine winelist some wine from notable vinyards is offered by the pichet. Overall not bad, but maybe trying a little to hard with the presentation of the food at the expense of the quality. The lamb was fatty, sinuous and not trimmed properly, the onion soup was warm and quite tasteless etc. Service good but sadly cannot recommend. View all feedback.
