Looking for traditional french cassoulet look no further. Fabulous restaurant with friendly, but professional, staff. Our waiter enthusiastically explained the menu. Cassoulet was gorgeous , served with a side salad and bead. Apple pie serves with almanac ice cream to finish off. Well worth a visit totally recommend View all feedback.
What William P doesn't like about Le Colombier:
I love garlic, but what the chef did to these poor escargots was unforgiveable. It was the first time in my 81-years that I have been served food that had way too much garlic! One of the two waitresses was pleasant, the entrance was good, the rest was not terrible: cooking the missed magrets, pasta too cooked to avoid. However, we had a very good evening, but it wasn't thanks to the kitchen. I don't think I'll come back to this restaurant either.
Disappointed, we came to enjoy a good cassoulet. For 32€ flat and dessert, it is excessive for a medium cassoulet, not striped flageolets, some sausages with a small white salad like bag salads.
A very good meal based on the cassoulet spent in Colombiar. A delicious homemade cassoulet but a small portion. An excellent address to remember.
Cassoulet, veal rice, everything is very good Home very friendly in an authentic brewery setting
Menu at 32 € really excessive for a very banal cassoulet Genuine d oie fade without more Green Salad without more. Basic apple crusade. Says the best cassoulet in Toulouse. We came with friends. Very disappointed Go your way
