Notably on the fact that my father had not ordered a white pint (the waitress to question the order. , on the fact that I did not like the duck burger (his answer: yet a table ordered the same thing and did not complain as well as the waiting time for the coffees (his answer: you exaggerate, you did not wait 15min!). We waited so long that I got up to try to get a coffee at the bar where the bartender masterfully ignored me. I am not satisfied with the behaviour of your employees, or the way you organize your service.
