What Claude Le gallic doesn't like about Genty Magre:
We went to this restaurant for his reputation. Especially the world champion of the cassoulet. Frankly, I was very disappointed by this dish that I know well elsewhere, being Toulouse. The beans were unevenly cooked, some having an unpleasant taste of raw. The 1/2 thigh confit was hard and fibrous. Really a nice place near the Place de Le Capitole. The staff was exceptional. Very popular place in that it filled very early. The Foie Gras, and Raviloe entries were special, The main cause plate) was great. My steak was as close to the Baseball cut at Ruth Chris as I can remember.
