We arrived in Toul without a hotel and went to official Tourist Info office. They were not helpful, so we arrived at CafeChoppe seeking WIFI and a beverage. What a find! Damien the proprietor, was very helpful for us. He called a hotel to make our reservation! We also tried the local Toul wine, which was very refreshing. When we sat down at the table and asked for the menu, we were told we would have to wait a while. No problem. Little did we know it would take almost 3/4 of an hour. Then they brought us the food. Friendly atmosphere, only happiness I strongly advise
Toul is a pretty little town, with lovely terraces and an imposing cathedral
Very friendly welcome. Good meal, with a very affordable price (most dishes are 10€ . On the other hand, I'm not a fan of techno music. It'll be fine for a drink, but a bit stressful over lunch for me. It was only once installed that we understood that it was a management bias. In any case, I will keep good memories of it.

After 30 minutes, the waitress came to tell them that they couldn't have the food because the ingredients were missing. They paid for the drinks and left. We also finished eating, paid and left. Too bad, the food was very tasty and well priced. The place is beautiful and quiet. I hope they learn and improve. Fingers crossed.
A good meal on the terrace at the foot of the cathedral. Service with music and a smile ; The beer is good and local, and the staff is passionate. I recommend :
