Wel,l fantastic food, local produce and wines all selected with great care by the young couple running the restaurant and the very talented cook. they wanted tell us everything about the ingredients, recipes. Very fine dining inside and very reasonable price for such created with care. the menu changes frequently so very happy to be guided and feel totally confident to be challenged by new dishes with their idea of local regional produce and recipes. my schoolgrade French is a challenge for them but they are more than happy to help and advise, so a quick lunch will very often turn into leisurely journey through French cuisine .Bliss its only a pity there is 1000miles and a chanel to endure between visits, 3 so far and more planned
