Small place with friendly staff and great food. There is a great choice to choose and the burgers have a French twist to them and are delicious.

These... we drove to the town of Toul and after we parked the car in a free parking directly from the city, we went to the great place of Trois Eveches and meet the Bar de France. We sat on a diocese red table outside and ordered a Shandy (Panache) and Coca Cola before we decided to choose a lunch with a croque monsieur for my son (which I landed at dinner) and a salad Vosgienne that we both picked up but not finished. It seemed mainly to consist of small dice of fried potato over some sad salads and ligaments of tomatoes, bits of bacon and a thin salad dressing. Not very appetizing. Before returning to our trip home, I thought I should have a last strong coffee. That was also disappointingly bitter. We had to feel dissatisfied, but with a hope that the caffeine in the terrible coffee would revive me for the next part of our journey home.
My son & I were on our way north from Spain back to Germany. We decided to take our chance and at 13:00, on one Monday recently we agreed to simply leave the main autoroute at the next exit and find somewhere to eat. This brought us to the town of Toul and after parking the car in a free car park just out of town, we walked to the large Place des Trois Eveches and hit upon the Bar de France. We sat at a bistrot table outside and ordered a shandy (panache) and coca cola prior to deciding to choose a lunch comprising a Croque Monsieur for my son (which I ended up eating) and a Salade Vosgienne which we both picked up but didn’t finish. It seemed to consist mainly of small cubes of fried potato over some sad lettuce and slivers of tomato, bits of bacon and a thin salad dressing. Not very appetizing at all. Prior to returning to our journey home I thought that I should drink one last strong coffee. This was also disappointingly bitter. We left feeling unsatisfied but with a hope that the caffeine in the horrible coffee would re-vitalize me for the next part of our journey home.
