Great burgers. I've never felt her patties were thin enough to really be considered one? Smashburger? So the name is a little misleader, but she is still very good. And the bootring style frits are seasoned and perfectly cooked, some of the best frits I ever had in fast food. I always had very friendly service at this point. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Smashburger:
Some people shouldn't work in a fast food restaurant. White last behind the counter was very chaotic food, while orders make shake and touching pod systems with wash out their hands. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a shake and tortured the shake as soon as I went out because I wasn't in the process of getting from her touching everything that wasn't washing her hands while the customers were amazing. This is my favorite smash burger location! The burgers are always perfectly cooked, not pink but also not burned. The Pommes are bomb! The staff is so friendly and the manager goes beyond and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied with your order and experience. He's a very sweet young man! 10/10 if you definitely stop for lunch in the area.
I stopped in here in order to grab one of their swiss truffle mushroom smash chickens and a crispy chicken sandwich... The swiss truffle had only a touch of mayo and was very dry for chicken. Disappointed. And the wait for chicken is a lot longer, we basically watch nine other orders who ordered after us pick up their orders and leave before we received our chicken. Smash fries and sweet potato fries are still awesome.
Food is out this world.. Never.. have a burger this taste In my life.. Service.. 2 stars. No milk shake after..9:00 Machine.. is off...Really
This place is clean the staff is friendly. The food is good simple menu burgers, chicken, turkey and vegetarian. Definitely recommend you try their milkshakes they're awesome. Also one of my favorites are the sweet potato smash fries. If you've never heard of a smash pass I recommend you get one when they have them on sale again definitely worth the money. This is definitely one of my favorites Smashburger places to go. And Renee who works there she is by far the best most awesome employee there.
I clearly ordered 6 Burgers with only veggies in it with no black bean peddies for take out. Inmade sure couple times with the order taking person. I went home and saw all 6 wrre having black bean peddies. we have alergies and this ruined our dinner. We had to order pizza after that.
