Tortosa doesn’t have many places to eat, and we stumbled across Manolitos. Firstly, it’s in the most extraordinary building. Perhaps Art Deco. The food was of a really high standard. The Ravioli and the pulpo was so beautifully prepared and presented. Well worth a visit.
