In all honesty, I have to say that these were the worst fish and chips I have ever had. The fish was of poor quality and the batter was too thick and soggy. The chips looked and tasted as if they had been reheated from a previous frying. They were so terrible that I had to throw them away; even my dog refused to eat them! I would recommend avoiding this place.

The fish was passable but too greasy, and the chips were terrible - overcooked, dry, and lacking in flavor. The staff also didn't provide good service. I would not recommend this place.

I don't understand why some people complain about having to wait. Just give them a call and order in advance, it's not difficult.

The price was really good (suspiciously good), but unfortun... read more We ordered large chips, jumbo bartered sausage, fish cakes and 1/2 pounder with cheese for delivery. The price was really good (suspiciously good), but unfortunately once we unwrapped it all (delivery driver was gone of course) I was confronted with the most disappointing burger ever, especially considering the £6 price tag. It was clearly a 1/4 pound piece of meat, hardly any cheese in it and no salad at all. Come on, a good big burger is not hard to get right!
