Burger was deliciou... read more Got to Capitol Reef National Park in time for lunch, prior to our planned hike, so we decided to stop by here to get a bite. Great decision! Burger was delicious, even though the texture of the patty was a bit too compact. The star of the lunch though were the ribs, incredibly tender, melt off the bone and in your mouth kind of tender. Seasoning was great too, my wife found them a bit too salty, but I disagree, they were perfectly salted. Recommended!

The service was quick, the portion sizes were very generous (one sandwich is enough to share between two average people), and the food was full of flavor. I tried the chimichurri steak sandwich, and it was outstanding. I'm accustomed to the food in Utah being quite bland, but this place was anything but that. I’ll definitely return every time I’m traveling through.

The do... read more I'm not sure what happened, but this restaurant seems to be closed. It's unclear whether it's a temporary situation or if they're undergoing renovations. The doors are adorned with "no trespassing" signs, and the main entrance is locked, with no lights visible inside. Although the website is still active, I'm left puzzled about the current status of the place.
