My family had just arrived to Capitol Reef Park, and most dinner places were not open yet. We tried this quaint restaurant and we were greeted by Marvin. He has a great sense of humor and treated us like we were old friends. Now the food….wonderful! Husband had the enchiladas with mole sauce. This sauce was fantastic. I had the chicken tostada salad—super fresh, great marinated chicken. And daughter had the fajitas which were excellent as well. The salsa and guacamole were yummy! Highly recommend because the personal service we received and great food!
