We have never had traditional portuguese tapas before, so after stopping by to have a quick look a couple of nights ago, we decided to go for dinner tonight! The welcome was so friendly the owner couldn’t do enough to make us feel at home! We let him guide us on the choice of food. For the first round we had: Octopus salad Spicy shrimp Mussels All with garlic toast And for the second round: Cheeses and Hams Pica Pau (beef dish) Alheira (soft chicken and pork sausage) And some french fries The whole meal was an experience not just dinner!! Every dish had something special and you can tell how much he cares about what he serves!! We had wine also chosen for us and it finished the meal off perfectly!!! I can’t praise this place highly enough we tried dishes we’ve never tried and thoroughly enjoyed the evening!!!! For dessert we share a mousse and a chocolate cake ummmmm!!! All of this for the bargain price of €56 amazing!! We will most definitely be back!!
