Other than quality flours and yeast mother .... The bread tastes like bleach, the dwarf sandwich preserved for the evening was dry from fear, the one with potatoes then worse. The only good thing was the sandwiches, tasty and friable even in the morning after. But the ugliest thing is not so much the products, but rather the ill-education of the person and at the counter. Never once had they responded to the good morning or to the 'revenge', never a grace or a good day..... Also to make your order it is necessary to repeat things 3/4 times since it distracts them; who plays on the mobile phone, who chats with the friend about what they did in the evening before, and in the meantime the customers in line to wait for their convenience. With my astonishment I could buy and NOT MAKE, a new kind of bread. The scented bread and flavor of ammonia.... It's just a smell puke. Of course I didn't eat it.
