It's almost impressiv... read more I've been to this restaurant about three or four times in the past year, and unfortunately, my order has been incorrect every single time. It's almost impressive how consistently they get it wrong. This time, they shorted me six whole chicken tenders, and the flavors I received were not at all what I ordered. The cashier even read my entire order back to me while I was picking it up to confirm everything was correct, but I was disappointed to find out when I got home that it was all messed up. I recommend going to a different location. This one seems unable to deliver the basics of giving you what you ordered and paid for.

When we went back to pick up the missing items, the staff claimed everything was already in the original bags, which was untrue. Because of their mistake, all the food we ended up with was cold. On top of that, they didn’t offer any form of compensation for the inconvenience. I would not recommend this location.

When I requested to speak with a manager, an employee claimed he was the manager. Fortunately, I reached out to DoorDash for help, and they were very supportive. However, the DoorDash representative later told me she had spoken with a female manager, not the man who said he was in charge. I'm quite confused about what’s going on at Wingstop, but my experience was disappointing. I didn’t get the name of the employee who falsely said he was the manager, but he was working on Friday, October 28, 2022, between 7:15 PM and 9:30 PM.

It often... read more I've been to Wingstop about four times, and three visits had problems with my order. They seem to have trouble following straightforward instructions. It often feels like they either don’t fully understand the order or only hear what they want to. For example, I asked for light sauce, but they always give me the regular amount, despite my receipt clearly saying "light sauce/seasoning." The young staff appear indifferent to customer feedback, treating everyone like just another order.

We waited almost an hour for our order, only to receive boneless wings instead of the bone-in wings we had requested. If I wanted boneless wings, I might as well have gone to McDonald's for chicken nuggets! So frustrating!
