that was my first time in this subway, but I was eating in dozens from there nationwide. the load was clean, eating was about 10 minutes waiting. they were well occupied and all went well. I'll get those bms every time I go, so no surprises. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
We finally decided to try out this local Subway location, despite its proximity to our home. We ordered three sandwiches using a voucher that allowed us to spend $18. The staff followed proper COVID-19 safety measures, including regular disinfection of surfaces and wearing masks and gloves. The food was average considering the price. That was my first time in this subway, but I was eating in dozens from there nationwide. the load was clean, eating was about 10 minutes waiting. they were well occupied and all went well. I'll get those bms every time I go, so no surprises.
The ladies are nice behind the counter. However, the produce looks very old. The tomatoes are definitely not fresh and the lettuce does not look green and the lettuce has Brown edges. They were very skimpy on the portions of meat they added.
Before I order I asked if they have Apple Pay and they said yes there was a little line. Then it was turn I order and everything and when I had to pay the machine didn’t work and didn’t get the payment and the cashier told me it was my phone that doesn’t have money it was very rude when he said that but I don’t care I have money in my card I just didn’t like how the cashier or whatever he was . Came to me rude the ladies working there their were nice ! Btw I lost my lunch break because all that trouble for nothing And didn’t eat anything
6/17/2020 My coworker and I did the $5 FOOTLONGSWHEN YOU BUY TWO. We ordered online. Once my coworker arrived to pick up at 12pm she asked to make sure her sandwich was cooked/warmed up. The employee stated yes. She came back to the office had her lunch. Shortly after became ill. She called back at 1pm to explain what had happened. the employee told her to go back and show them the left over six inch. My coworker told her she could not go back until after work at 5pm. The subway employee said it was okay. So my coworker went and the after shift told her they could not do anything for her as it did not occur during the afternoon shift.
