Pollo Loco - Torrance

Long lines during lunch, I read similar complaints. They probably have to staff one more person. The chicken tortilla soup is the business though ????

Worst Pollo Loco I 've EVER been too! First issue: I pulled up to the drive through and received no response. No worries, I waited, but after 5 minutes of nothing, I said hello? A guy on the speaker says sorry, I 'm the only one doing everything ....WHAT?? I should have left, but decided to give it a chance. After another 10 minutesof waiting, someone on the intercom finally takes half my order before cutting me off and asking me to pull up. Once I pulled up, the cashier apologized and asked me what side orders I wanted. I paid for my order and waited some more. The whole time, they were blasting rap music from the inside the dining area to the point you can barely hear them when they ask you questions. When I asked for a sauce, as he went to go retrieve it, he stopped to talk to his co worker about his schedule?? Really??? I 've been in this drive through for at LEAST 30-40 minutes already. I was done with this place. AND TO TOP IT OFF. LOOK AT THE MAC AND CHEESE THEY GAVE ME. DISGUSTING!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

This was the most disgusting El Pollo loco ever been at. Tables won't clean you walked up to the counter the area the cooking area filthy counters filthy tables filthy floor filthy trash cans of left out as you can see by these pictures

Large order to tide us over on a busy week. Fast efficient drive through. Macaroni cheese side was a surprise hit. Spanish rice was good with sauce (below). Coleslaw was sadly dry went uneaten. Note: We got way too many containers of the hot sauce needed more of the green goddess type. Where can we buy that! We both had a large horchata which was beyond bland watered down. Very disappointed.

The chicken is as great as I remembered. I hadn?t been to a location in almost 10 years. This particular location has horrible service. Their website and front doors states they open at 10am but they didn?t open until after 11am. The people there were unapologetic and didn?t seem to care at all. They were standing outside working on the drive-thru menu windows when the drive-thru wasn?t even open and it wasn?t open even when we left after we ate.
