This place makes the absolute best Vietnamese iced coffee. It is definitely worth the price. The boba was perfect, sweetness was perfect, strength of brew was perfect. Staff was friendly, drink was excellent. View all feedback.
What Sara Taylor doesn't like about Percolate:
I asked for a drink with no ice as iced drinks make my stomach hurt. As another employee went to pour the ice by default, the girl that took my order told him no ice. The male employee laughed and the female employee laughed as well and said I know right. They also had bad attitudes when I went to order and looked at me weirdly after I told them my order. Percolate is delectable!! I’ve had various of their matcha series, the pistachio matcha, black sesame matcha, matcha royale, and they’re all really distinct and unique in their flavor. I’ve had their mango smoothie with boba as well and I’d have to say it ranks pretty high. Their matcha series is definitely interesting, I’d say it’s an acquired taste. If you like matcha lattes definitely try one of their matchas. Their black sesame matcha is more thick if you’re thirsty I’d go for something like their smoothie or the matcha royale. For less experimental customers, the mango smoothie with or without boba is a safe choice. The prices are also not bad, it’s located outside of macy’s inside the del amo fashion center mall. There’s also seating by the entrance which is nice. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re around macy’s and looking for something to drink!
This place is beyond delicious! Iced vanilla Madagascar latte is my go to with extra boba
We 've visited multiple times and not sure if we 'll return anymore. We typically self-order with the tablets because the workers are usually making drinks, not working the register. We came for the bogo event, but there was no sign of notice that in order to get a bogo drink, they would need to ring us up. Unfortunately, we ordered and the bogo did not apply and there was nothing they could do. I guess that was my fault for not asking first. There was a good amount of people waiting for drinks. When we heard my name called, someone grabbed drinks. My name is pretty common so we didn 't think anything of it. After some waiting (it was a bit hard to get their attention), I asked the workers if my order was called. They answered no, the drinks are still being made. After some more time, they called me over and told me I already picked up my drinks. It seems like some other people took our drinks and the worker said f okay sorry I guess your drinks will take even longer . After finally getting our drinks, I asked for a straw and they sorta just threw them at us on the table. Their attitude already seemed nonchalant, but overall, it was getting borderline rude. To review the actual drinks, I 've tried multiple drinks and I enjoy the black sesame flavors, but some other drinks are pretty watery.
