Outback Steakhouse - Torrance

I was given a gift card for Outback Steakhouse for my birthday. I was hesitant to visit the Outback Steakhouse at the Del Amo Mall in Torrance, as our previous experience there a couple of years ago was not pleasant in terms of food and service. However, we decided to give it another try today, and we were pleasantly surprised. Our server, Raymond, was extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed. I ordered the sirloin steak, while my husband opted for the prime rib. We both had the broccoli and baked potato as sides, which were generous portions that allowed us to take some home with us. Raymond also brought bread to our table before our meals. The ambiance was inviting, though the air conditioning was a bit chilly for my liking. Overall, we had a lovely dining experience and are looking forward to returning in the future. In terms of wheelchair accessibility, the restaurant was very spacious and I encountered no issues using my wheelchair.

Great service from staff and especially our waiter Claudia thank you so much for your wonderful kindness on my birthday. You made our dinner a wonderful experience.

First time coming to Outback in a long time and I will definitely be back! I stopped to get an appetizer and a drink. The food and service did not disappoint. I ordered the bloomin onion and a beer however my waitress Kimberly recommended me to order the bloomin fried chicken since I liked the appetizer and I’m glad I did! Great fast attentive service and delicious food.

Ms. Nancy whom is a supervisor at Outback restaurant in Torrance had a very nice and friendly attitude. She was able to speak with me about and issue which she solved with professionalism and excellent service . We will be back because of her .
