Yesterday, I ordered my usual three-item combo, which costs $22.95. When I went to pick up my order, the young woman at the register charged me $31. I asked her why, and she said the beef was an extra $4. I was taken aback and asked for an explanation, but she didn't have one. I pointed out that the menu does not indicate any extra charges, and I had not been informed about this change. She was unable to respond. I mentioned that I've been a customer for 25 years and had never encountered this before. I was appalled by the lack of competence displayed by both the young woman and her colleague in handling the situation. This is incredibly frustrating and shows a total disregard for customer service. It's truly a disappointing day, and I will not be returning.
