When you walk in the food is not ready and you need to wait more. The employees are very nice. I just wish I wouldn't have to wonder what timeto arrive. I need my order at 11 to bring mom her lunch.

I waited ov... read more The food is what you would expect from KFC—decent overall. The restaurant is clean, which is a plus. However, the service leaves much to be desired. I waited over 30 minutes for a four-piece meal, even though there was no line at the drive-thru and only two other customers inside. They seemed to experience delays as well. It's puzzling why the service was so slow since we weren't waiting for chicken to be cooked.

Conside... read more The food was consistently what you'd expect from KFC, delicious and satisfying. The staff were friendly; however, the drive-thru service was quite slow. Considering it was 6:30 PM on a Friday evening, waiting 23 minutes for our order was a bit excessive. Additionally, the drive-thru can be tricky to access unless approaching from a specific direction. This ultimately led to a one-star deduction from my rating. Nevertheless, the food was fresh and tasty!

One night, the teenagers working at the drive-thru wouldn’t respond when I called out, and when I asked them to hurry up, they just told me to wait. After a few more minutes, I asked again, and they said they needed more time. When I finally reached the window, I asked if there was an emergency, but they just admitted they were goofing off and didn’t care. On another visit, the drive-thru register wasn’t working, with a large sign on the menu board explaining the issue. When I pulled up and asked if they could ring me up at a different register since there are several in the building, the cashier responded rudely and told me I had to come inside to order, which makes no sense. Inside, I overheard her complaining loudly about me asking questions despite the posted sign. Additionally, the person taking my order ignored my request for all dark meat, acting as if it was obvious I wanted dark meat, even though last time I got all white meat without being asked, which I didn’t want. Every interaction here comes with attitude and rudeness. Needless to say, I will never return to this KFC because the owner clearly isn’t managing the staff, who are rude and incompetent.
