Amazing cafe by the beach. Cannot fault the service or food. The day we arrived it was standing room only but we were served like we were their only customers. Huge smiles and friendly voices. I love The Salty Dog cafe in Torquay. The location is amazing, with an ocean view it's the perfect place to enjoy a delicious breakfast after my morning run and swim, or when having coffee and lunch with friends. The food is fabulous and the staff are so friendly, they all know me by name. Maybe because I'm there every morning! I obviously highly recommend it. It's dog friendly too. Thanks James Lou and all the gang there for making my cafe experience so lovely :
Best in Torquay! Great coffee, perfect view and friendly staff. Tried the Angus burger today and it was the best I've had. Highly recommend!
Consistently yummy! Everything is always so tasty. Great spot, great view and great coffee! Nice and casual place to take kids too.

Epic little cafe down on the beach. Great coffee, awesome food, memorable service. Can’t get better in Torquay. Highly recommend if you’re in the surf coast area.
