The Cafe barista was wearing a T-shirt saying something about Southern Italy, but I could have sworn I heard the Florentine dialect as I sipped my excellent double espresso. When I had to go to the bar, he did a great job of serving his orders, continuing his Italian conversation, and, very courteously, including me in his conversation... telling me "what I was saying was, that my trip to Spain was really good." The cafe fare was superb, as was the atmosphere. Loved it.

There were lots of pastries and light lunch items. There was always a lineup, not surprising given the quality of the beverages.

It's particularly delicious with a shot of espresso (affogato). The staff is overwhelming friendly and warm. They really make you feel welcome. Some more introverted people may find them almost pushy, but in a genuinely friendly way.

They serve beautiful custom Zaza coffee, I believe, it's Italian coffee roasted in south America. It's expensive for an everyday coffee place but I love you to here on weekends. P.S. their Cafe' Gelato is amazing.
