Zaad Restaurant - Toronto

I had an absolutely delightful experience at Zaad Shawarma restaurant! The food quality was truly exceptional, with each bite bursting with flavor and freshness. The shawarma was incredibly delicious and perfectly cooked. However, what truly made my visit memorable was the amazing service provided by Mohammad. His attentiveness, friendliness, and genuine care for the customers created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. He went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. I can't wait to visit Zaad Shawarma again for both the outstanding food and the exceptional service!

This place is just amazing!!! Very kind employee that went above and beyond to provide good service and food. And let me just say my food was amazing!

Very poor customer service. First time that I received such a bad customer service since I am in Toronto!I asked questions to the cashier, she did not provided me answers. She went back in the kitchen and start eating with the 2 others cooks.One of the chef came and responded to my questions. While he prepared my order, he asked me : Dine-in or take out?Originally, I wanted to dine-in but my answer was : Take out, thanks. He turned around and SPOKE in his language( not English) to his colleagues and they started laughing (at me). So unprofessional and disrespectful... Moreover, instead of giving me my order, the chef told me to come take my order . As an international student, I never had to experience this in Canada. It's a shame!

Exceptional shawarma platter.The meat is well marinated and the rice is seasoned perfectly. I think if they made their salads a little bit more flavourful, it would be perfect.I should note that if you dine in, the tables are not all ergonomic. This is something that won’t bother most people but it’s something I notice every time I visit.Definitely check this spot out.

Came here on a pouring day and so there were lots of people. I ordered shawarma and my sister ordered the falafel, which she enjoyed. I loved the shawarma, it was full of flavor. The lady at the register asked if me and my sister were students, and so we got a discount on food, which was a pleasant surprise. The service was great and the food was delicious.
