And she ne... read more June 28th 2023, 7pm aprox. Just left the bar. Waitress came out from the washroom and gave only one menu between two people while her hands were wet! And she never came back! AFTER 20 minutes of waiting, I decided to finish my beer and went to the bar to ask for the tab and I see her texting on the phone and bobbing her head to the music while i waited behind her to turn around! After another 5 minutes waiting seeing her dance and texting , i knocked on the counter to get her attention for the bill to pay for my beer. No tip! And I'm never coming back. Used to be a regular! Manager/owner of you are smart and care about your business, I would recommend letting her go!!!!!

We observed what appeared to be the entire staff lounging on the patio, smoking and drinking Tim's for over 30 minutes while we waited inside for assistance. At one point, I walked through the entire restaurant and couldn't find a single server or bartender to request the bill. The food was overly salty, dry, and old, lacking in proper presentation. There was a 20-minute wait between when the first person received their meal and when the last one did. Additionally, the beer had a skunky taste, the restrooms were dirty, and the overall maintenance was lacking. I would recommend avoiding this place if possible.

Hubby and I had beer and waitress said she'd be back. 5 minutes, 10 minutes , 15 minutes beer finished waitress hasn't come back. Hubby decided to just pay the beer bill and waitress on her phone must have forgotten that she has customers waiting.. very pathetic service..
