All our food was extremely salty and... read more This restaurant has bad food and even worst customer service. We were 6 adults and 2 kids (the kids didn’t order anything). All our food was extremely salty and the steak over cooked. We returned only 1 plate out of the 6 because it was unbearably salty and didn’t want to be rude by complaining about all the plates. The chef had the waitress come back to tell me that I am wrong about the food and there is nothing wrong with the plate. They charged for the plate even though they never returned it (I wasn’t going to eat but it’s the entitlement that struck me). When we were paying, the waitress told us the chef told her to still charge us for the plate because he believes there is nothing wrong with it. Our bill was over $500. It was our anniversary and it was probably one of the worst restaurants I have been to with regards to food and customer service. STAY AWAY! To top it off, no manager to talk to only the chef who we still complained to. His response was if you didn’t like the food you should have sent it back to the kitchen. But that is what we did?!? Go to Lavechia near by. Way better food and customer service.

No question about it.One thing to improve is the way the parrillada is brought to the table. In Latin America, parrilladas are brought to the table on a metal container with charcoal in it so that the meat stays warm.Here the meat came on a wooden table. And so it got cold quickly. Meat, specially that with a bit of fat, is not meant to be eaten cold.A hot plate could be an option as well.In addition, the parrillada needed some chorizo as well.As per the atmosphere, we found it a bit dark to our like, especially if we compare it to the Lakeshore location.Latin American music (Argentinian especially) should also be played instead of English music.
