Overall, there was a lack of attention from the staff, despite it not being a busy night. This is a wonderful restaurant, but the servers could have been more attentive to our special occasion, which would have greatly enhanced our dining experience.

I was expecting better quality service from a restaurant associated with Hotel X.

The food was disappointing. The steak and vegetables were excessively salty. We were also misled when we were told one of the sushi pieces was toro, but it turned out not to be. Later, they confessed that they had run out of toro and had substituted it with tofu instead. Additionally, the music was incredibly loud, even louder than at a nightclub, making it impossible to hear my partner.

Olivia was our sever. She was very kind, welcoming and considerate in helping us order our meal. The food amount was great. I read other comments of the food portions being small, and oooh they lied! For example the fries were alot. I could barely finish it between me and my friend. The chicken karaage was a good amount and tasty etc the drinks were scrumptious. The ambiance was bougie. i felt fancy, eating with a gorgeous backdrop to the cn tower view, while a live performance was going on. I would definitely come back and I'll recommend it to others looking for said experience
