Cafe and bar! I passed by looking for a coffee break on a Saturday afternoon. We picked up a London fog, blueberry Danish and steamed milk. London fog was good and up to the standard, danish was a bit donutish. The vibe is super chilled and there is so much space. Excellent for working, studying or large groups. I saw the sign that they do brunch and I'll be back for that. View all feedback.

Had there chili, mac n cheese and brekkie buritos, all excellent. Has as well vegan biscuit and alright coffee.
The Only Cafe is the greatest spot in Toronto for the best of all beers!!! And the best people!!
New to the neighbourhood we were looking for a place to eat me and my boyfriend on January 1st. Lots of places were closed so we decided to venture to the only cafe. What a great experience. Food was excellent and the beer selection was perfect! I will definitely go back!
We came to this restaurant for nostalgic reasons. I used to live in the area when The Only first opened. I remember thinking they would be successful. However, shortly after that, I moved away.
I have discovered one of my favorite spots this year! The One is a cafe and bar with a spacious and eclectic interior. Their coffee drinks are also top-notch.
