New favourite brunch!. Finally went here for my birthday on the weekend. What a gem! The service was relaxed and friendly, my brie and asparagus omelette was fab, and the patio rocks. I sampled the pancakes, which were also great. I recommend going early, the place got pretty packed around noon, i could hardly get back through the door. View all feedback.
What Ghazal K dislikes about The Homeway:
I would not recommend this place. We waited over 45 minutes to be seated. A few others who got there AFTER us, were seated immediately, simply because they were “regulars”. There were also a sense of discrimination and racism…Now as for the food, please see pictures… no comment. Cold. And for a brunch focus restaurant how can you mess up EGG?We shared our concern and our waiter discounted 1 of our drinks . View all feedback.
The food was okay, but there were flies buzzing around, and I had to keep swatting them away. So many flies I wish they were slow enough for me to take a picture. I’ve attached a photo of their smoke detectors which you can see all the flies dropping on it.
Our go-to breakfast/ brunch place. Generous portions, fresh ingredients, very friendly and accommodating staff. We love their home fries, which are crisp and flavourful but not greasy. And their breakfast items always come with some fresh fruit.Vegetarian options: Many of the items on the menu are meatless, which is important to us. However, vegans would probably not find much to eat here other than fruit.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids' menu and provide paper, crayons, and high chairs.Dietary restrictions: They provide milk alternatives and gluten-free dishes. In addition, they will alter the ingredients in dishes to allow for dietary concerns.
Our family of 5 (2 adults 3 teenagers) loved this little place. Everyone enjoyed their meal.We wanted to eat outsider but the bees were invading their patio so we ate inside. It's a small place, so tables are very close together and it was really warm inside. The food was amazing and the service was also great. I would definitely eat there again
A wonderful location. Service is always friendly. It was quiet for a Saturday but wow breakfast was terrific. Our server Jessica is the best. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
