We tried the Spanish fried rice and fried chicken thigh sandwich, both of which were delicious. I would definitely return for them. The only downside is that it's a bit expensive, but I still highly recommend County General.

The pig ears were fried to a perfect crispiness and had a hint of spiciness. They were accompanied by a sauce made of maple syrup, scallion, and spicy mayo, which was absolutely divine. The crispy pig ears were so addictive, just like potato chips! These delectable and tasty snacks perfectly satisfied my craving for salty and savory bite-sized treats. The combination of spicy mayo, scallion, and maple syrup in the sauce was simply perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed this dish!

I like that they have mainstay favourites, mixed with rotating seasonal dishes. The Fried Chicken Thigh Sandwich definitely lives up to the hype both crispy and moist without being too greasy. The Fried Chicken Benedict is as decadent as it sounds. A perfect Sunday brunch treat. The service was also fast and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Two of us ordered the brisket burger special with the choice of salad or fries, while the other two opted for the falafel with kale salad. We all loved the fresh flavors of our meals. The burger with salad was a bit small, but the fries were a generous portion and the falafel portion was large. The service was great. We definitely plan on coming back again!
