The Cadillac Lounge - Toronto

My friend Gord and I had dinner tonight at the Cadillac Lounge. We both chose to order wings. I opted for medium sauce with fries and they were delicious. Gord chose his wings without sauce and substituted his fries for mac 'n cheese for a small extra charge, which I will definitely try next time. Although the fries were good, the mac 'n cheese was absolutely delicious. Our server, Andrea, was friendly and took great care of us. It has been a while since I last visited the Cadillac Lounge and I am not sure why... I definitely need to make a point to go back soon, especially since they have live music regularly.

I was disappointed to find ketchup packets instead of gravy at this restaurant. The food was good, but the menu was small and limited. I didn't appreciate the lack of gravy options and the fact that the ketchup came in packets like McDonald's. I'm not sure if I'll return in the future.

Nice Food Drink Deals. On Monday nights they have .40 wings. That is by far the cheapest I have seen in Toronto (although my knowledge is not vast on chicken wing deals). To go along with that they have 6 Amsterdam Blonde for 20. I'm not sure if this deal carries to other days, but is a great deal IMO.<br/ <br/ One criticism I have of the place is that more often than not, they have run out of Amsterdam buckets, and offer alternatives such as 6 Coors Light for 22, or 5 Bud Light Lime for 20. I can tolerate the switch in beers (although I believe Amsterdam is the best of the 3), but a few times we have received the bucket with warm beer and ice. The bucket doesn't do much for making them cold.<br/ <br/ Although it was probably planned this way, the Cadillac Lounge would be super awesome if its large patio was all uncovered (since the uncovered part is always full), but it makes a good trade off when its raining and you still want to go to a patio

Don't let the bright pink and leopard print decor fool you, Cadillac Lounge has to be one of the most badass mother ing venues in Toronto. In between playing old Buddy Holly and Johnny Cash tracks, the 50′s rock inspired diner has put up one hell of a fight against gentrification in Parkdale. So far, they appear to be winning. In the past year they have undergone renovations that doubled the indoor seating, given their menu a complete makeover, and opened Fleetwood Flat, a two-bedroom hotel suite. The Parkdale favourite will always reserve a special spot in my heart since it became my go-to place when I first moved to the area. The Caddy introduced me to jalapeno poppers and chipotle-mayo. Cadillac never judged me when I ordered an alcoholic drink on my work-brea

Had a fantastic time here with friends. Decent pub grub and a friendly staff. <br/ <br/ We ordered, well, pretty much everything on the menu and all of it was good for a more than fair price. A good selection of beer on tap as well as spirits also meant that there was something for everyone in our large party. <br/ <br/ While we didn't actually come for the live music. As the night went on more and more of us strayed into the room with the stage to listen to a great singer belt out blues. I also appreciated that the noise level was such that you could also chat with your mates when you didn't want to listen to the live music.<br/ <br/ I'll be back.
