Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

Words cannot describe the horrible service we had. My daughter is 11 and they wouldn't give be her a kids menu because it's under 10. They begrudgingly gave us one after I said I would just order it as take out and said they would have to charge for the drink. I ordered water and coffee and only got the coffee. They charged my card and gave me a receipt, then said it didn't go through and I had to pay cash even though I showed them on my bank app the charge was there. (I will be disputing it with visa). Don't go to this location- there's so many around, don't waste your time

Heading back home from Staking night we stopped by and it was almost too late based on opening times. They got us in and gave us a very quiet and custom service. The dinner was quick served and tasty. Everything fine also in the price that was quite reasonable.

Fast service (place IS empty tho at lunch time).Miserable server. No smile. No friendliness (and I was working at it).Oh well... When will they figure out that the WHOLE experience is important? So, basic tip and I, like the chickens, will fly away never to return to this location.(I know chickens don't fly)

Once again this Swiss Chalet as provided good food and service. It's also the only Swiss Chalet that seems to do the new beef entrees well. Always nicely presented, and always guaranteed constant taste. 90% of the time service is quick, accurate and friendly. I'd rather go to this Swiss Chalet than others I've been to in Toronto.
