Swiss Chalet Rotisserie Grill - Toronto

Great food, madd tasty. The manager and staff are all really nice here. Feels like the old school homey vibes type of Swiss Chalet location, not like the newer ones, and it feels cozier in my opinion. One reason I still love Swiss Chalet is because of their “signature” sauce. It’s mad good. I enjoy the Quarter Chicken w/ Fries, a simple meal but my go-to

Food is great and the restaurant has a family feel. Ms. Tania's service is super. She is so helpful and attentive with our order and all... I highly recommend you ask for Ms.Tania as your server when you dine there. You will have no regret.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and the atmosphere is cozy. I have visited a few times and received professional and excellent customer service from Tania. She not only provided attentive and friendly service, but also made us feel very comfortable. This is one of the main reasons we continue to return.

Why would someone cut a round bun sandwich filled with chicken in half? Swiss Chalet, that's who. How are you supposed to eat it like that? The meat was falling out everywhere, not to mention it was a dry sandwich with no condiments. And to top it off, they give you that horrible sauce in the box – is that supposed to be a condiment? Please offer something to make it less dry. Disappointing.

I didn't tip because I was dissatisfied with the restaurant's service. When I paid and left the store, I said thank you to a man who appeared to be the manager, but he ignored me in a disgusting manner. I think you were ignored because you didn't tip, but is it normal in Canada to tip even if you're not satisfied? I will never go to this store again.
