After a minute, they started taking another customer's order and continued attending to them until they were checked out. The lack of respect was disappointing, and I don’t think it’s worth spending my money here.

The sta... read more This location is managed poorly. I ordered through the app and when I arrived to pick up my food, someone had stolen it just minutes before I got there. The staff refused to refund me, claiming I coordinated with the thief. The employee didn’t even verify who came in before me and assumed they were me. What’s the procedure here? Anyone can just walk in, say they’re someone else, and receive the food? There was no verification like checking a credit card, order number, or last name. It’s clear the sub and ticket were visible enough for someone to see my name and falsely claim it was their order. Very disappointing. Do better, Subway!
