I ordered through an online food delivery app, and the employee at this subway restaurant did not follow the instructions correctly. There were two distinct sandwiches ordered, but they made them the same. The sauces were also lacking in flavor. I tried the Chicken Breast sandwich at Subway and it tasted spoiled, causing me to spit it out. It didn't taste good at all and made me feel like vomiting.
The customer service at this restaurant is extremely poor. I would recommend going to any other Subway location instead of this one. The orders are consistently incorrect and the staff struggle to understand customer complaints. It is quite disappointing. I question how they were granted a franchise in the first place. Additionally, I noticed that someone from the restaurant team responded to this review. However, simply restricting replies will not resolve the issues mentioned. In response to the reply, I had to edit my review to clarify that the order was prepared incorrectly, despite my original request. I am fully aware of third-party delivery services, but this experience only further supports my initial criticisms.
Jaydip is friendly and quick to serve me. He has even built a rapport with me to the point where he can predict my orders! Overall, the location is wonderful.
