Avoid this location at all costs, they skimp, get orders incorrect, staff are fed up every time I set foot in this place there is a problem. Really disappointing visit. The lady working there was super rude, like she didn’t want us there at all. She didn’t change her gloves, didn’t wrap the sub properly (I had to fix it myself! , and had no cookie bags. She literally gave us the takeout bag and told us to pack the food—like we were the staff. The potato rings were just tossed into a Subway bag, all stuck and soggy. When I politely asked for more napkins because of the mess she made, she snapped, “Honey, you’re taking a lot.” Honestly, it was shocking. Worst service I’ve ever had at a Subway. I had an online order and they forgot to put meat in my sub and then refused to compensate me. Terrible customer service.Avoid this location!! Especially that they have COCKROACHES
